Production and delivery of all stainless steel components for the system developed by Müller AG Processing. The highly polished working chamber, compliance with all process specifications in terms of material, welding and grinding parameters, including full documentation, as well as the complete pipework, including automated orbital welding and documented endoscopy, were particularly demanding.
What was the particular challenge?
The implementation of the high quality and documentation requirements under strict pharmaceutical specifications, in particular with regard to the surface quality of the working chamber, the defined welding and grinding processes and the precise execution and documentation of the entire pipework.
What was the result?
The delivered system with all necessary documentation.
