Platforms for complex pharmaceutical systems
What is it about?
Together with a well-known pharmaceutical company, several work platforms were developed, manufactured and assembled
What exactly was the assignment?
Various work platforms were developed and installed in the existing building. In total, more than 20 different fixed and mobile work and machine platforms were developed and produced by Morath Solutions AG.
What was the particular challenge?
Firstly, the entire 3D models were integrated into the BIM system provided by the customer in order to avoid all possible collisions with machines and installations. Another challenge was to reduce the module sizes to the limited installation possibilities and to assemble them on site. The space available was very limited. Another challenge was the documentation in accordance with EN 1090, including the dimensioning.
How did the cooperation go?
The project was characterised by cooperation between the end customer, user, pharmaceutical planner, architect and various component manufacturers.
What was the result?
A very complex pharmaceutical plant that fulfils all requirements in terms of GMP standards and occupational safety
